Steven Charles Phillips

Steven Charles Phillips, 66, born on July 21, 1953, in Southern California, passed away January 1, 2020. He resided in Anaheim, CA at the time of his passing. Steve grew up in Orange County, son of Erma and George Phillips. Steve is survived by his wife, Josephine, (the "love of his life"), his brother Jim and sister Jayne, and his four children, Kevin, Jeff, Wendy, and Michael Phillips. Steve enjoyed people and loved to smile and sing. Steve grew up near Huntington Beach, graduated from Westminster High School, and proudly served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era. Steve enjoyed the outdoors, baseball, and playing cards, games, and adventures with family and friends.Steve was known and loved as "Chuck" by many, including his wife Josie and brought joy to all wherever he was, even in the hospital, where Steve spent much of this last year. We will miss Steven "Chuck" Phillips and the JOY he brought to each of us.
