Zoila Julia Burga Coello, 83, born on April 12, 1938, in Iquitos, Loreto, Peru, passed away June 1, 2021 at 10:45a.m. surrounded by her husband and children. She resided in Sylmar , CA with her loving husband at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Glendale, California. Zoila migrated to United States from Peru in 1980, and became a citizen of the United States. She lived a very dedicated life to her family and friends. Everyone who new her, loved her hospitable heart. Her hobbies included cooking, baking, and dancing. She was a very energetic person who lived her life helping those in need. Her faith was a very a big part of her life. When she hosted a party, no one missed because they knew that a gathering hosted by Zoila would include a delicious Peruvian dish. In her free time she loved to go window shopping at various antique shops. She loved to travel back to Peru to visit family and friends.
Zoila was married in Iquitos, Loreto, Peru on December 8, 1955 to Raul Burga. They had six children and lived her life dedicated to her family. Zoila is survived by her husband of sixty-five years Raul Burga, her remaining four children, thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her two sisters, Lily Lezama, and Sonia Bergamini, as well as her two sons, Hugo Burga and Al Burga.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00p.m. on June 17, 2021 at Church of the Recessional Courtyard, Forest Lawn, Glendale, California.

De igual manera, le encantaba viajar de regreso a Perú para visitar a familiares y amigos. Zoila se casó con Raúl Burga el 8 de Diciembre de 1955 en Iquitos, Loreto, Perú. Tuvieron seis hijos y ella vivió su vida dedicada a su familia. A Zoila le sobreviven su esposo de sesenta y cinco años Raúl Burga, sus cuatro hijos restantes, trece nietos y dos vis nietos. Le anteceden a su fallecimiento sus dos hermanas, Lily Lezama y Sonia Bergamini, así como sus dos hijos, Hugo Burga y Al Burga.

El servicio funerario está programado para el día 17 de Junio del 2021 a las 2:00 p.m. en la iglesia Church of the Recessional Courtyard, Forest Lawn, Glendale, California.
