It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Zenaida “Tina” Perez Tan, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and woman of unwavering faith, who went home to be with the Lord on March 19, 2026, at the age of 65.

Tina was born on May 11, 1960, in Manila, Philippines, where she later earned her Bachelor of Science degree and worked as a Medical Librarian at Far Eastern University. During her life in the Philippines, she was deeply devoted to Couples for Christ, where she found a community who shared her strong faith and love for God. 

Tina shared a loving and faithful marriage with her husband, Randolf, and their bond was a testament to commitment and grace. As dedicated members of St. Stephen, they found joy in worship, fellowship, and service. Tina’s prayers were constant, and her presence touched everyone she met with warmth, kindness, and a quick-witted spirit.

She is survived by her husband, Randolf; her children, Cypress and Moses; her grandchildren, Emma, Mikey, and Sapphire; and many extended family members and friends who were blessed by her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Reynaldo and Imelda.

Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing that she is now at peace in the presence of her Savior, and that her legacy of love, faith, and family will continue to guide and inspire us.

To celebrate her life, services will be held as follows. 

A viewing will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Church of Our Heritage, Forest Lawn – Covina Hills (21300 Via Verde Drive).

Funeral services will be held the following morning, Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church (320 W Garvey Ave).

Burial services will follow at Forest Lawn – Covina Hills (21300 Via Verde Drive). Due to expected high temperatures during the burial, please bring water, umbrellas, or other items to remain comfortable.
