Yvonne Kueichih Shih was born on December 26, 1963 in Taipei, Taiwan and passed away on October 20, 2024 in Diamond Bar, California. Armed with an adventurous spirit, she came to the United States to study at the University of Michigan in 1988, and later moved to the greater Los Angeles area, where she would settle down and nurture her family. Yvonne was actively involved with the Mandarin Baptist Chinese Church and First Chinese Baptist Church communities, and loved to travel to various countries to experience new cultures. She was the loving wife to Tim Kuotien Chen, and mother of sons Jonathan and Benjamin.
