Yvette Concepcion

Yvette Concepcion, 49, passed away in the early hours of the 20th of September, 2023 after a courageous battle with colon cancer.  She was born in 1973 in Los Angeles, California, and was raised in Long Beach, California. She had a career in nursing, and she truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, like crocheting, coloring, collecting cute purses, hanging out and spending time with family, and cruising around Redondo Beach with her daughter, Blu, and her boo, Cristian. She is survived by her parents, Levy & Alicia, and her daughter, Blu, and her bf, Cristian. She is also survived by her sister, Melanie, brother-in-law, Alvin, and nephew, Tristan. Not to mention all her cousins that she considered her brothers and sisters.

She was generous, loving, and kind, and wouldn't hesitate to give you the sweater off of her back if you needed it...because she most likely had it in every single color. She was a warrior and fought until the very end despite all the pain and suffering she endured.  She will be greatly missed by many but loved forever.

There will be a service for those who would like to say their last goodbye to Yvette on the 28th of October, at 11:30am at the Patriots Chapel in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Cypress, California.
