Yuxiang Pan, a beloved figure known for her strong spirit and loving nature, passed away peacefully at her home on October 30, 2025. She was born on November 12, 1935, in China, where she began a journey that would inspire and nurture a family filled with love.

Yuxiang was renowned for her unwavering commitment to her family. She was a proud and devoted mother to six daughters: Jinfeng Jiang, Jifen Jiang, Jinling Jiang, Jinmei Jiang, and Jinlan Jiang and Jinping Jiang. The legacy she leaves behind is characterized by the values she instilled in her children, including strength, hard work, and a profound sense of care for one another. Each of her daughters embodies the principles Yuxiang cherished, showcasing the invaluable character that flourished under her guidance.

In addition to her dedication to family, Yuxiang had a deep passion for traveling and enjoyed riding whenever the opportunity arose. Her talents extended into the kitchen, where she delighted her loved ones with her famous Chinese donuts during the holiday season. Moreover, she found joy in sewing, reading, and fervently praying, activities that reflected her nurturing soul and spiritual depth.

Yuxiang's personality was a harmonious blend of strength and compassion. Those who knew her recognized her remarkable resilience—she never gave up, facing life's challenges with tenacity and grace. Her business acumen transformed difficult times into enjoyable journeys, showcasing her ability to find joy amidst adversity.

The visitation will take place on November 10, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Forest Lawn - Cypress - Hope Chapel, located at 4471 Lincoln Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630. Following this, a funeral service will be held on November 18, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Forest Lawn - Cypress - Church of Our Fathers, also at 4471 Lincoln Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630.

Yuxiang Pan leaves behind a rich legacy of love and strength, wrapped in memories cherished by her daughters and beloved husband and all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
