Our mother was born on October 4, 1940 in Quito, Ecuador to Ricardo and Leonila Camacho. She was one of five children. She was raised and educated in Ecuador before moving to the United States in 1964 to join her older siblings. She worked for Northrop, an aerospace company and dedicated her post-retirement years to care for the elderly. Her primary residence was in Glendale, California.
She is survived by daughters, Jackie and Irma and her sister, Irene. Grandchildren, Jeremy, Shawnte, Christopher, Brandon, and Peter. Great grandchildren, Jiselle, Kaitlyn and Sebastian. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Olga and brothers Jaime and Orlando.
Our mother dedicated herself to her family and had an active and healthy lifestyle. She will live forever in our hearts.
