Yevgeniy "Eugene" Maystruk

Yevgeniy Maystruk, 52, born on June 25, 1968, in Ivanovo, Russia, passed away March 21, 2021. He resided in Encino, CA at the time of his passing.

Yevgeniy "Eugene" was an incredible and intelligent man — a devoted husband, a wonderful father, a great son, uncle, brother, and friend to all. He was a passionate super athlete — enjoying tennis, volleyball, basketball, skiing, snowboarding, scuba diving, and more throughout his life. An avid reader and problem solver, he was widely respected by his colleagues and will be remembered as a brilliant Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Yevgeniy was diagnosed with glioblastoma (stage 4 brain cancer) in October 2019 and fought a tough battle for 18 months, never complaining and never giving up the fight. He left us far too soon and will be missed greatly by dear family and friends. He is survived by his wife Irina and daughter Yuliya.
