Xingyan Zheng

Ms. Xingyan Zheng, 85, born on July 15, 1938, in Zhongshan Guang Dong, China, passed away February 18, 2023. She resided in Santa Monica, CA at the time of her passing. The memorial service will be held on April 8, 2023 from 1:30-2:30pm (door opens 1:00pm) at the Little Church of the Flowers at Forest Lawn, Glendale (1712 S Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA 91205, 888-204-3131).

In 1956, Xingyan went to Beijing and studied agricultural machinery design and manufacturing at the China Agricultural University. After graduation, she worked in Changsha, Hunan as a researcher, where She married Xien Liu in 1963.

In 1972, she and Xien were transferred to the Guangxi University and worked as a lecturer.

In 1983, the couple was transferred to the Guangzhou, Guangdong. Xien served as a general manager and Xingyan served as the senior engineer.

In 1996, she and Xien went to Los Angeles to attend their daughter's wedding. A few years later, they immigrated to the US and lived in Los Angeles, Woodland Hills, and Santa Monica.

On the Easter of 1997, she and Xien were baptized at the Westside Chinese Baptist Church in Los Angeles. She enjoyed happiness in her old age, glorified God, and served many people around her.

She was survived by her husband, her son and daughter, and two grandchildren.
