William Penrose, 76, born on October 21, 1949, in Long Beach, CA, United States, passed away October 22, 2025. He resided in Long Beach, CA at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Long Beach, CA. Bill was loved by all. He enjoyed life and was very close to his sister, Dorothy. When he was younger, he loved to ride his bicycle and actually rode several times from Long Beach to San Diego. He loved to travel with his mother, Clara. They went to Hawaii. Florida and Alaska in the last years before his mother's passing in 2012. He loved eating out and in his last week he enjoyed the company of his sister, his care givers Janice and Stacey and his social workers Jazz and Robert. Bill had a good sense of humor and enjoyed the company of his caregivers and his social workers all of whom cared for him very much.
