William Joseph Horan

William Joseph Horan, 64, born on April 4, 1951, in Denver, Colorado, passed away October 9, 2015. He resided in Cypress, California, at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.

William was the second son of Daniel and Rosemary Horan. Growning up in Colorado Bill was an excellent student and loved sports. He was an accomplished unicycle rider and excelled at basketball..

The Family moved to California in 1964. In high school Bill was an outstanding cross country and track athletes and honor student. After graduation Bill attended the University of Notre Dame where he earned academic honors his freshman year. He finished his education at UC Santa Barbara where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in US History.

After graduation William worked as a sale and marketing specialist. He joined his brother and formed a sales and a mrketing company in the office products industry which they co-oporated for 10 years.
Bill continued working in sales and marketing until his retirement

.He was an avid reader and enjoyed studying history all his life. He loved the outdoors. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and putting on a beach party for them each summer.

He was a devoted son and cared for his mother Rosemary until her death.

William is survived by his older brother Daniel, sister-in-law Nancy, neices Lori and Kristin Horan and his nephew Daniel Harlow.

He well be missed by his friends and family
