William Le Verne Bulger, 82, born on April 14, 1939, in St. Clairsville, OH, United States, passed away December 30, 2021. He resided in Cathedral City, CA at the time of his passing. After serving in the Army, bill worked in the aerospace industry in Long Beach, Ca until his retirement. Bill was a charter member of Great Outdoors California in 1978 and enjoyed exploring the outdoors camping and hiking. His hobbies included photography and genealogy. He obtained a Master Gardner certificate with the Living Zoo in Palm Desert and shared his enthusiasm for wildflowers by leading hikes and identifying the flora. The Great Outdoors Palm Springs is planning a memorial wildflower hike this spring. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, California.
