Willa Jean Jones, 91, born on November 5, 1921, in Half Rock, Missouri, passed away peacefully in her home on June 7, 2013. She resided in Lakewood, California at the time of her passing. She married Wilson Jones on March 1, 1942, and the marriage lasted 62 years until his death in 2004. Jean was a dedicated mother and loving wife. She is survived by her two sons Donald (Debra) Jones of Murrieta, CA, and Larry Jones of Lakewood, CA, and grandson Michael (Heather) Jones of San Luis Obispo, CA. She had one great-grandchild, Parker Wilson Jones. She was preceded in death by her daughter Marilyn Jones in 2000, and both of her brothers J. D. Cooper and Earl Ray Cooper, both of Missouri. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Lakewood for 25 years.

Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
