Virgilio Gonzales

Virgilio Gonzales, born on November 20, 1948, passed away on November 14, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose spirit and strength shaped the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Virgilio is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Erlinda F. Gonzales. Together, they were a remarkable couple, navigating life's joys and challenges hand in hand. The bond they shared continues to inspire those who remain, reminding us of the profound impact of love and devotion.

He is survived by his children: his sons Virgilio “Gil,” Vincent, Joseph, and Nicolas, along with his daughter Belinda. Virgilio took great pride in his role as a father, and his children will carry forward his values and teachings. His legacy further extends to his grandchildren: Sam, Katie, Noah, Kaleia, Alana, Hiro, Zeik, Anezka, and Krenzler. Each grandchild brought him immeasurable joy, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

A visitation will be held in celebration of his life on December 14, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Forest Lawn - Covina Hills, Acacia Room, located at 21300 Via Verde Drive, Covina, CA 91724. Following this, a funeral service will take place on December 18, 2025, starting at 2:30 PM at the Church of our Heritage within Forest Lawn - Covina Hills, also at 21300 Via Verde Drive, Covina, CA 91724, concluding at 3:30 PM.

Virgilio Gonzales will be remembered for his unwavering spirit, love for his family, and the warmth he brought to those around him. His presence will be sorely missed, but his memory will remain a guiding light for his loved ones.
