Virgil Bearman, 89, of Houston, Texas, passed on May 28, 2023. Virgil was born on April 04, 1934. Virgil was born in Ruso, North Dakota and was raised on a farm by his mother Sadie and father Ben. He was one of 10 children. He came to California at age 14 and worked at the Pasadena cafeteria most of his life. He was married to Linda Bearman from 1980 until 2016 at her passing.
He moved to Texas 4 years ago and has been living with his son Jeffery Bearman. Virgil is survived by his son Jeffery Bearman and Maricella Espino. Grandchildren Christopher, wife Kristine, great grandchildren Basti and Caitlyn, Daughter Vanessa, husband Bill, grandchildren Nicholas and Luke. Douglas, wife Maria, grandchildren Ryan and Marinna. Virgil survived his son Brett Allen Bearman, son Gregory Gordon Bearman, and Theresa Anne Bearman. He loved the Lord with all his heart, soul, and mind and his favorite Bible verse was John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Virgil Bearman's funeral will be at 12pm to 1pm at Forest Lawn Covina Hills in the chapel directly attached to the main building on the left. Doors open at 11:40 so please feel free to arrive early. Closed Casket but will be opened at end for those who wish to pay their last respects. This will be followed by crypt service at the HONOR WALL CRYPT for half an hour and release of Doves. Pastor Abel Burke will be officiating. PallBearers: Christopher Bearman, Basti Esteban, Ryan Gastelum, William (Bill), Nicholas, and Luke Ruiz.
Following this Memorial we are gracious to have light food and refreshments at Heidi Madris's house in Glendora, map with directions will be provided.
