Violeta Flores Paraiso

We have lost a beautiful soul. Violeta Flores Paraiso "Lita", was born June 25, 1947 in Mapandan, Pangasinan, Philippines. She passed away peacefully on June 26, 2017 @ 3:03am in Alhambra, CA at the age of 70, surrounded with her family by her side. She struggled with Lung Cancer for over 3 1/2 years but that never kept her from enjoying the thing she loved most, which was her family.

In November 1973, Violeta married Pacifico Paraiso and relocated to Los Angeles, CA in 1974 where they started their family. Violeta was a devoted wife, fun-loving mother & grandmother, who always gave her time and heart to her husband, children, grandchildren, family and friends. She was very kind, generous and was always wanting to help others without expecting anything in return. Violeta worked for Allianz for over 30 years where she was a dedicated assistant underwriter. She was an avid fan of roller coasters, (her favorite was space mountain) and without a doubt, she enjoyed being with her family, singing karaoke, hosting get togethers, playing the slots and eating crab. Violeta was committed to the Roman Catholic Faith and was a part of many church groups and retreats in her earlier years.

Violeta is survived by her Husband, Pacifico R. Paraiso; sons, Pacifico F. Paraiso Jr. and Marion F. Paraiso; daughter, Mary Katherine F. Paraiso; grandchildren, Maryjane Gagarin and Brandon Paraiso; sisters, Nenita Cabato, Gloria Gagarin, Fely Mallari and Esther Tabangcura; brothers, Ben Flores, Jimmy Flores, Angelito Flores and Raphael Flores. She was the eldest daughter of 9 siblings.

Violeta Paraiso will be deeply missed.
