Vincent Sowells

Vincent Sowells, affectionately known as Vince AKA, Granny departed this life on February 18, 2025, in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 99. Born on July 3, 1925, in Belize City, Vince lived a life rich with experiences, lessons, and memories that will be cherished by all who knew her.

Vince was deeply loved and respected by her family, including her surviving children: Emerson, Gilroy, Christine, Carolyn, and Ian. Each of them held a special place in her heart and will remember her not only as a guiding force in their lives but also as a source of unwavering support and kindness. Her legacy will undoubtedly live on through their memories and cherished moments spent together.

A funeral service to honor Vince's life will be held on March 5, 2025, at Forest Lawn - Covina Hills - Church of our Heritage in Covina, California. The service will begin at 9:30 AM, providing family and friends an opportunity to come together to celebrate the remarkable life of a truly exceptional woman.

Vince's journey through life, filled with love, wisdom, and compassion, has impacted many. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched. May she rest in peace.
