Victoria Lee Edwards

With great sadness, the family of Victoria Lee Edwards announce that she passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital & Medical Facility, Fountain Valley, California following a short illness.

Vicki was born in Long Beach, California on April 11, 1948 to G.W. "Nebbs" and Lorraine (Pilotte) Edwards at Seaside Memorial Hospital. A lifelong resident of Long Beach, she attended Starr King Elementary School, Alexander Hamilton Junior High School, David Starr Jordan High School and Long Beach City College.
In 2010, Vicki retired from R. Kanamaki Dental Office after 23 years of employment. During her retirement, she was able to achieve her wish of spending time with both babies and kids. She spent many years volunteering as a cuddler at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital NICU rocking babies. She also regularly volunteered in classrooms at Los Alamitos Elementary School.

Those missing her are sister Patti (Phil) Nietz, brother Jim (Nanci) Edwards and brother John (Linda) Edwards; nieces and nephews Scott (Gretchen) Edwards, Josh (Allison) Nietz, Amy Nietz, Shawn (Krissie) Edwards, Kellee Edwards and Jennifer Edwards. Great grand-niece Taylor Edwards and great grand-nephews Walker Nietz and Brooks Edwards. She is also missed by the Davison family who were very special to her.

A private graveside service will be held on May 11, 2021 at Forest Lawn Cemetery-Cypress where she will join her father Nebbs, mother Lorraine, sister-in-law Chris Edwards and niece Michelle Edwards in eternal rest.
