Victor Manuel Roque

Victor Manuel Roque Tuquer, born on February 11, 1967 in Guatemala City, Guatemala passed away May 9, 2015 at the age of 48. During his life, he worked as a painter, plumber, and handy man. Through Scottish Decorations company he was able to sail around the world, and visit many countries. His most memorable trips included those to Italy, Australia, New Zealand, the Red Sea, Germany, Singapore, and England. Visiting these places and learning about other cultures made him an open-minded and carefree person. He was kind, generous, and thoughtful to everyone he met. After his work-travels, he set up a small business of painting houses in Southern California. He always viewed and treated his customers as his friends, creating a memorable relationship with each one. Although his work was very important to him, his family was always number one. During his younger days, he would take his wife and children on road trips to see all of California. His adventurous nature was passed down to his 24 year-old daughter, whom he sent to Europe for her 15th birthday. His 13 year-old son was gifted with his joyful character. He resided in Hollywood, California, at the time of his passing. He will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends.
