Victor Blanco

Victor Blanco, 79, born on August 26, 1936, in Florida, Cuba, passed away March 16, 2016. He resided in Arcadia, California at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Glendale, California.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that a donation be made in Victor Blanco's name to the Michael's Friends Foundation (a nonprofit organization - Federal ID # 33-1065639). The foundation provides partial college scholarships to graduates of Vaughn Learning Center, a charter school in Pacoima. These children are very needy and often the first in their families to graduate from high school and go to college.

Throughout his life and career, Mr. Blanco championed education and humanitarian efforts. The family feels that this is a fitting tribute to the legacy he sought to represent.
