Beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, sibling, and uncle, Vicente C. San Diego passed away peacefully on March 25, 2018 at the age of 63 in Kaiser Hospital, Anaheim, California.

Vicente greatly valued education. He attended elementary school at Immaculata Academy of Malolos and high school at Regina Carmeli (2 years) and Immaculate Conception Seminary (2 years). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology in 1974 at Far Eastern University. He also earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine professional degree in 1979 and became a registered dentist in the Philippines in 1980.

Vicente married Edelita Nepacina, his wife of 36 years, on December 4, 1982. Vicente and Edelita were blessed with three children: two sons and one daughter, who are currently pursuing careers in the medical field and academia. Vicente was a successful dentist in the Philippines, where he had his dental practice for 22 years. In 2002, Vicente and his family immigrated to the United States and became naturalized citizens in 2007.

Vicente was a faithful man and a devoted Catholic. In the Philippines, he was involved in several Catholic affiliations including the Knights of Columbus, where he became a 4th degree member in 1985 and a Grand Knight in 1992. Vicente, Edelita, and their children were also members of Bukas Loob sa Diyos Covenant Community, where they served as leaders of several committees. He also served as a layman for many years at the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Cathedral Church. In the U.S., he avidly attended Eucharistic liturgical services at St. Irenaeus Catholic Church.

Vicente will be remembered as a loving and caring person with a great sense of humor and a passion for singing. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Edelita, his children, Mark, Veronica, Jan, and Emily, his granddaughter, Megan, his siblings, relatives, and friends.
