Life Reflections
Exodus 23:20. "See I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared."

Veronica Beltran-Brito went home to be with the lord, on January 19th, 2023. Veronica was born to mom Leonides Beltran and dad Pedro Beltran Sr. in Tehuixtla, Morelos, Mexico on August 8th, 1969.

The family migrated to California in 1972, where Veronica received her formal education Los Angeles. After graduating Lynwood High School, Veronica attended Cal State Poly and over the years, Santa Monica Community College. She had a love for learning and often took classes to best prepare herself professionally.
Veronica started her work career working mostly in the Entertainment industry. First as a student intern and eventually 20 years at Universal Studios and several more years at both Disney and Warner Bros. Veronica spent the last 8 years of her life working for The Greater Girl Scouts of America in Los Angeles, CA.
Veronica was devoted to her son Aidan and did everything she could to ensure he had a happy and loved childhood. She gave him an opportunity to explore various experiences to find what he enjoyed through soccer, and later football in high school. As well as pony rides at Griffith Park, having him spend time with his cousins and grandma in Mexico during the summer.

Because of her love for family and outdoor activities, Veronica spent most of her time running, bike and motorcycle riding, and traveling to near and far places. In the last few years she enjoyed her trips to Seattle, Greece, Ireland, England, France, Hawaii, and Atlanta. Veronica had a sense of adventure and curiosity. She was always planning her next adventure with family and friends. And yet, she also enjoyed her solitude at home reading and spending time with her beloved cat Frida.

Veronica was an honest, sincere, compassionate, and caring person to those around her. Anyone in her presence was made to feel as though they were an important part of her life. She was also very thoughtful and giving. She was known to give family and friends gifts as a gesture of her affection for them.
By her actions, Veronica endeared herself to those she spent time with. Her friends and colleagues at the Girl Scouts looked to her for advice and she made them feel like family. She created a sense of belonging amongst them.

Veronica was proceeded in death by her father, Pedro Beltran Sr. She leaves to celebrate her memories:
Son Aidan Beltran-Moore and her mother Leonides Beltran, both in Lynwood, CA. Her sisters Minerva Beltran of Downey, CA and Esperanza Beltran-Valerdi(Andres) of Lynwood, CA; brother Pedro Beltran(Rocio) of Henderson, NV; nephews Andrew, Matthew, and Jonathan; nieces Ariana and Mia; and grand-nephew Vincent; as well as a host of family, friends, and loved ones.
