Tricia C. Loop, 68, passed away at her home in Pomona CA, surrounded by her loving family on June 1, 2012. She was born November 16, 1943 in Ontario, Canada. In 1951, her family moved from Canada to the United States. She attended 16 years of school in Ohio, and later in life graduated from Pepperdine University with a Masters Degree. She has been a dedicated therapist at Kaiser Psychiatry in West Covina for about 14 years. It had been her hope to return to the work that she was so dedicated to. She was an accomplished watercolor artist, she had a God given natural talent which she developed with hard work, and she considered it her privilege and honor to paint. Tricia always looked for beauty in each individual and all of God's creation. For many years she lived, worked and bloomed in Glendale, CA. During that time she had a wonderful walking group whom met each morning to walk in Descanso Gardens. She loved Descanso and worked passionately in many positions there. For a time she was on the board of directors. Tricia poured her heart into many fund raising activities. She was preceded in death by her father John P. Andrew and mother Nellie E. (Lupton) Andrew. She is survived by her brother, John Andrew and wife Karen of Conneaut, OH. Her brother Bill Andrew and wife Martha, Danbury CT and her loving sister, Grace Bollinger and husband Clarence from Benton City, WA. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and their children. Tricia was blessed to see and receive such love and support from many of her cousins in Canada shortly before her death. She leaves behind countless wonderful friends. A memorial service will be held at Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, at the Church of Our Heritage, on Thursday, June 7th at 2:00 PM with Chaplain Jim Convey presiding. A private interment will follow.
