Toomian (Tamar) Khanian, 92, passed away on June 24, 2022. Tamar was born on January 25, 1930 in Arak, Iran, and lived in Khorramshahr and Tehran. She and Hamayak Shahbazian, her husband of 43 years, eventually left Iran to be closer to her children and grandchildren, and she resided in Washington, Utah, and Toronto before eventually settling in Burbank. Tamar was devoted to her family and a loving caregiver to her children and grandchildren. In addition, she was a talented craftswoman, a passion that she passed down to her children. She is preceded in death by her husband and sister and survived by her four children, nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
