Tony Lupo

Tony Lupo, a devoted husband, father, and dedicated attorney, passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 52. Born in Beloit, Kansas, Tony leaves behind a legacy of compassion and service. 

Tony completed his undergraduate studies at Kansas State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1994. He subsequently received his Juris Doctor degree from the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas in 1997.

A distinguished member of the legal community, Tony was admitted to the State Bar of Kansas in 1997 and the State Bar of California in 2004. He worked tirelessly as a deputy public defender at the Los Angeles County Public Defenders Office since 2005. Throughout his career, he served in various units, including Mental Health, Sylmar Juvenile, Central Felonies, and Misdemeanors, at multiple courthouses.

Tony is survived by his loving spouse, Evangeline, their two children, his father, mother and four siblings. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues. 

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, CA.
