Timothy Carrillo

Timothy Carrillo, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2025, at his residence in Buena Park, California. Born on January 24, 1936, in Temple, Texas, Timothy was a man whose life was marked by a deep commitment to family and community.

After dedicating 35 years of his life to Boeing, Timothy retired with a profound sense of pride in his work and the friendships he cultivated during his career. His work ethic and hard-working nature were qualities that he instilled in his children and grandchildren, shaping their values as they grew. Timothy's love for airplanes paralleled his dedication to his craft, reflecting a passion that extended beyond the workplace.

Timothy served his country honorably in the Air Force, an experience that further honed his character and tenacity. Those who knew him cherished his willingness to help others; he was always the first to lend a hand to neighbors and friends in need. Above all, Timothy's greatest joy came from the love he had for his immediate family, his in-laws, and his extended family, which included his siblings, nieces, and nephews.

He was a proud father to Martha, Vincent, and Veronica, and a beloved father-in-law to Brenda, Mike Farraro, Frank Estrada, and Edward Perez. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, who will remember him as a doting grandfather whose laughter and guidance enriched their lives.

Timothy was predeceased by his daughter, Herminia Carrillo Estrada, a loss that left a void in the family. Yet, his spirit continues to shine through the love he shared and the bonds he fostered.

The family invites all who knew Timothy to celebrate his life and memory. Visitation will be held on February 3, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn - Cypress - Patriots Chapel, followed by a Funeral Service on February 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM, concluding at 10:00 AM at the same location.

Timothy Carrillo will be remembered not just for the milestones he achieved in his career or the service he rendered to his country, but for the indelible impact he made as a caring family man and a steadfast friend. His unwavering love for those around him and the compassion he shared will forever resonate in the lives he touched.
