Theresa Loretta Christianson

Theresa L. Christianson, 87 of Rancho Mirage formerly of Minneapolis, Minn. died peacefully Tuesday September 15, 2015. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 11a.m. Sacred Heart Church, Palm Desert Calif.

She grew up on the family farm and graduated Le Center High School. She was united in marriage to loving husband Warren G. Christianson on September 11, 1948. She was a beloved wife and mother to six children, Dr. Lynn Christianson (Kate), Julie Christianson, Carol Freeman (Jim), Chris Christianson, Mary (Tom) Herman, Ann (Jeff) Bolin. She was a devoted grandmother to Kelly, Christopher, Jenny, Elizabeth, Jimmy, Meridith, Stacy, Allison, Michael, Carolyn, Laura, Kevin and 12 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers Patrick (Vi) Cooney and Ray (Janet) Cooney.
