Thelma Friewald

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother passed away at her home in Sherman Oaks, CA. on Friday January 25, 2013 after a brief illness.
Thelma was loved by everyone who met and knew her. She was a very caring and compassionate woman who touched the hearts of everyone who came in contact with her.
Thelma worked as an Executive Secretary for Universal Studios before retiring in 1990. Thelma loved people and people loved Thelma as evidenced by the many friends she had.
Many thanks to her beloved caregivers Fely, Yvonne and Anna, and her special friends, Terri Schafer and Dominga Perez.
She is survived by 2 loving daughters: Debbie Friewald of Northridge, CA., Paula Rubin and her son-in-law David Rubin of Glendale, CA., grandson Justin Rubin, her sister Muriel Tesser of Cedar Grove, New Jersey, and 2 nephews and a niece.
She is pre-deceased by her late husband Sol Friewald, who died in 1985.
She will be missed by all.
Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday January 29, 2013 at Hollywood Hills Forest Lawn Memorial Park at 3:00 p.m.
