Terry Sean Goen

Terry was my beloved husband and wonderful father to our son Conner. I loved him with all of my heart. He was the most loving, honest, trustworthy, ethical, compassionate (I could go on forever) man. He was also so funny and sarcastic and loved life to the fullest. He told me that his whole daily goal was to make me laugh and how wonderful is that! Just to want to make the person you loved happy. Words do not describe how much I will miss him everyday of my life!

Every condolence card I read tells of what a wonderful man he was to his friends and family. All the cards say how he consistently took time to care for the people he loved and how honest and dependable he was. As a father, he was always there for Conner. Both Terry and I were raised by our mothers and knew how important it was to have a dependable father. But Terry was exceptional, and enjoyed every aspect of being a dad. He especially enjoyed just spending time wiith Conner talking and sharing their common interests. Their bond was so special and Terry treasured every moment spent with his son. Terry was so proud to be Conner's father!

I loved Terry for being the best husband and father to our son that I could have had. I will always love and miss hiim! He was my partner and I don't know what to do without him! We shared everything together for the past twenty-seven years. I can't believe I'm writing about him in the past tense! He should be here to comfort me like he always has! He was my rock! Terry Sean Goen, 57, born on September 22, 1961, in Lakewood, California, passed away April 17, 2019. He resided in La Palma, California at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
