Teresita De Mesa

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Teresita Medina De Mesa, who departed this life on January 5th, 2025 at the age of 75 years old.

Teresita De Mesa, 75, born on November 06, 1949, in Arayat, Pampanga, Philippines to the beloved parents of Maria Medina and Conrado Medina. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend.

Teresita worked as a healthcare worker in St. Marys delivering food to patients when she arrived in the states and later became a stay at home wife and mother. On her free time, she loved to cook Filipino food and even catered food for friends and customers. She loved to travel and always planned cruises, road trips and trips out of the country for her family to enjoy. She had a very caring heart and made sure everyone she encountered felt like they mattered in life and that they mattered to her. She possesed a strong faith in God as a Catholic and attended mass every chance she had with her husband Antonio. She was very passionate about prayer and always urged her kids to pray. Though she was suffering from kidney failure and complications of Diabetes she had a very strong mind to be present and lived her life the best way she could. She fought the good fight.

Teresita is survived by her devoted husband, Antonio Demesa, her loving children, Mark, Ryan and Therese Demesa. And lastly her precious grandchildren, Noah, Gianna, Roccoe Demesa and Gino Paz. 

A celebration of life will be held on 01/28/2025 at Forest Lawn in Long Beach, CA from 5pm-9pm for visitation. The funeral services will be held the next day on 01/29/2025 at 930am in the chapel also at Forest Lawn in Long Beach, CA. 

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting cards/memorial donations.

Teresita will be deeply missed by all who knew her and her memory will be kept alive forever.
