Susan Marie Ellifritt

Susan Marie Ellifritt, 59, of Orange County, CA, passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital on July 17, 2018, due to complications of esophageal cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Ruth Lancaster and sisters June Drummond and Florine Roeder. Sue is survived by her husband Richard Ellifritt Jr., son Richard Ellifritt III, daughter Sarah Ellifritt, daughter-in-law Megan Ellifritt, granddaughter Seven Jessa Horton, sisters Betty Radford and Bonnie Brown, brother-in-law Mike Brown, nieces Brittney Torres, Brianna Brown, Kelly Fiamengo, Meghan Freutel and Amanda Gilley and nephew Nick Brown. Sue grew up in Long Beach CA and worked in the finance industry from age 16 until her passing. Her love of family, animals (especially her bulldogs) and the many friendships she developed during her lifetime were a constant joy in her life. Her smile brought joy to all who knew her and her positive approach to life will be greatly missed. Sue will be memorialized and laid to rest at Forest Lawn, Long Beach.
