Sunny Vangalapudi entered into eternal rest on November 15, 2025, at the age of 79, surrounded by his loved ones in Buena Park, California. Born August 15, 1946, in Razole, Andhra Pradesh, India, he was the youngest of seven siblings born to Anandham and Neelavathi Vangalapudi. He was raised in a foundation of Christian faith alongside his brothers and sisters, Victoria, Henry, John Charles, Ratnam, Leela, and Amani. This very faith remained a guiding light throughout his life.

Sunny began his career as an Electrical Engineer with ITC, Bhadrachalam Paper Boards in India. After moving to the United States in 1995, he continued in a related field while building a life with his wife Eunice and their four children—Vennela, Megha, Neil, and Neeli. Sunny was known for his humility and generosity and was passionate about photography. He found joy in his role as a grandfather to Kevin, Rinnah, Jasmin, Jayvin, and Joshua.

Sunny fought a good fight and rests in the presence of his Savior. He is survived by his beloved wife, Eunice, four children and grandchildren who will carry forward his memory and values.
