Suad Adel Khalaf
October 4, 1931 — June 29, 2015
Suad Khalaf, a delightful mother of four and a loving wife of 55 years, was one of the first and few Lebanese women to earn a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut in the early 1950s. At the Beirut American School for Girls, she was known as a devoted math teacher for many years.
Genuine, peaceful and kind, she built a warm and welcoming home.
Suad is survived by her husband Adel Khalaf of West Hills, CA
Her four children Lynda, Nada, Simon and Marwan and their families
Her three loving grandchildren.
She will be missed.
