Steven J. Twilligear, born on June 4, 1961 in Bossier, Louisiana, passed away November 29, 2017 at the age of 56. Steven succumbed after nearly two years struggle with malignant brain tumor. He died peacefully in the presence of his loving wife, Taneeya. He was a long-term resident of Long Beach, California and a member in good standing of the local chapter of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union. He also served honorably and courageously as a U.S. Army Airborne Ranger, including combat duty during the U.S. invasion of Grenada 1983.
