Steven Michael Savelli

Mr. Steven Michael Savelli, 61, born on October 30, 1951, in San Francisco, CA, passed away November 11, 2012. Steven was the son of the late Richard and Patricia (Doran) Savelli. Steven grew up in San Francisco and Mill Valley and lived on Cape Cod in Massachusetts for 24 years. He moved here to the desert in 2009 and has resided in Palm Desert where he and his spouse own and operate FLORIS a flower experience. Steven married his long time partner Edward De Baggis in Massachusetts in 2004 and they had 28 blessed years together. He is survived by his siblings Richard Savelli, Susan Mialocq, Carol, Thomas, Greg and John Savelli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly. His Aunt Alma is in the Dominican Order. The Family is planning a memorial service on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at the Dominican Convent Sisters Center, 1520 Grand Avenue in San Rafael, at 11:00, with a gathering to follow on the grounds. On December 9, 2012, at 2:00p, at Canyon Shores, 35200 Cathedral Canyon Drive, Cathedral City we will celebrate Steven's life here in the desert he loved.
