Steve was born to Charles Stephen Rowe and Doreen Lonergan . His siblings are Mia Dancy, Howard Rowe, Anne M. White and Laura Strong. Steve will be remembered for being positive even through the hardest times , for his unconditional love for those who stuck by him, for his perseverance and strong determination in life and his generosity when he fell upon abundant times.
