Stanley Thomas Phillips

Dr. Stanley Thomas Phillips III, 32, died in a tragic accident on July 10,2013. 1999 Rim Graduate, Pennsylvania State University 2003, Touro University
School of Medicine, resident doctor in Long Island, New York at the Good Samaritan Hospital and Winthrop Hospital, University of Wisconsin Medical Center.
Stanley recently began practicing as a neonatal pediatric physician at the University of Wisconsin Medical Center in Madison Wisconsin. He was an
exceptional doctor dedicated to saving the lives of fragile infants. His commitment to the medical field and his works were remarkable. Stanley will be missed by so many as he made such a mark on this world. His passion for learning and his enthusiasm for the care of newborns were amazing. Stanley Phillips' dedication to saving lives will continue through his gift as an organ donor. He truly is a real life Super Hero! He is survived by Parents, Stanley and Connie Phillips, grandparents, Stanley Phillips Sr., Jack Forney and Nancy Forney, siblings, Connie Jean and A.J Gaul, Patrick Phillips, Matthew and Ashley Phillips, and Nicole Phillips as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his grandma, Darlyn Phillips. Family and friends of Stanley will gather to celebrate and honor his life on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 9:00 am at St. Louis Church in Cathedral City, CA 92234. Burial will follow at Desert Memorial park. In lieu of
flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Stanley Phillips III Memorial fund through
