Husband to the late Kimngoun Chou, he is survived by his children, Chanthan (Lat) of Long Beach, CA and Kimsay Chou, 3 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and beloved friends and relatives; and beloved extended family members.
He resided in Long Beach, California at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Long Beach, California.
