Socorro Tantoco

Socorro Tantoco, 91, born on April 09, 1932, in Naga City, Philippines, passed away September 30, 2023. She resided in HOLLYWOOD, CA at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Glendale, CA.

Socorro is survived by her sons, Fitzgerald, Ferdinand, Tracy and his wife Janice. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Angela, Joanna, Kevin, Dyan, Michael and Anne.

Socorro was predeceased by loving sisters, Dolly and Puring, and survived by sisters Telly, Ging, Annette, Venus and France, and brothers Jun and Eddie, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Memorial Mass and Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at Forest Lawn Glendale, 1712 S. Glendale Ave., Glendale CA 91205. The 9:30am Catholic Mass onsite will be held at the Little Church of the Flowers, followed by Visitation from 11:30am to 6:00pm.

Socorro will be cremated on October 20, 2023 and her ashes transported to the Philippines as per her final wishes. Inurnment will be at the Garden of the Divine Word Columbarium in Quezon City at a later date.
