Jerome White

Celebrating the life of…

Sidney Jerome White,

Born on February 3, 1965 in Indio, California to the union of Theresa Hampton and William White. He attended Indio High School where he was a star basketball player. He worked in insurance for many years, as well as security in his later years, keeping people and their homes safe.

No one who met Jerome could forget his passion for music and sports. He spent most of his youth on the basketball court and producing music alongside his brothers, cousins, and friends. He later learned martial arts with his daughter and taught classes to share his love and knowledge with others.

Jerome White was called to rest on May 26, 2025, at the age of 60. He is survived by his daughter, Janaye White; brother, Kenny White; sisters in law, Estela and Julia; nieces and nephews, J.R., Kiki, Maya, Aaleyah, Dezi, Sydney, and C.J., and a host of cousins and many others who loved and respected him.

Jerome is preceded in death by his brother, Bobby White, and his mother and father.
