Shirley J. Thompson, 87, of Tustin, passed away on January 25, 2014. She was born January 18, 1927 in Detroit, MI. She is survived by her loving husband, Royal W. Thompson. They were married for 63 years. Shirley and Royal were members of Hope Christian Church in Tustin. She is survived by her son, Robert L. Thompson and daughter in law Judith of Corona, Ca.; her son Stephen W. Thompson of Chatsworth, Ca. ; her sisters Yvonne Gray, of Corona, Ca. ; Beverly Maybrier of Los Alamitos, Ca.;and Lori Abella of Mesa, Az. Shirley and Royal also had 2 Grandchilden, 8 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great, Great Grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, her family requests memorial donations to Jay Nolan Community Services "In Memory of Shirley Thompson, mother of Stephen Thompson".
