Shirley Prochazka

Shirley Prochazka born April 18th of 1942 to Albert & Irene Horowitz in Cleveland Ohio. She lived a diverse life from being a mother at the young age of 19 to being a ballerina, dancer, wife, traveler, artist, switchboard operator, poem writer, grandmother, some college education and owning 2 very successful businesses. Those who knew her will agree she was a force to be wreckin' with. She believed life was eternal and that we came to this earth to learn. As a matter of fact she believed that she chose what she would take on in this lifetime. She was determined to complete "her list" and graduate, which she did. The people she left behind will remember her as courageous, adventurous, fierce, determined, strong, spontaneous in her younger years, a go-getter, a planner in her adult years, spiritual, loving, thoughtful, kind, forgiving, fun and of course beautiful! Her husband Roger Prochazka, children Jeff, Shawn & Sabrina and grandchildren Chazz & Victoria will miss her greatly but will push on because she wouldn't have wanted it any other way. We hope to bring her memory as much honor as she brought us while she was alive. We love you to the moon and bid our Queen a farewell!! 10-4 Roger out
