Scott Michael Hines, 45, former Mayor of Rancho Mirage, Calif., passed away in Palm Springs, Calif., on February 21, 2015. He was born November 28, 1969 to Cindy Montgomery in Topeka, Kansas. He served in the United States Air Force for ten years. He is survived by his husband, Kevin Blessing; daughters, Sage and Eden; and his sons, Louis and Shilo. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 5:00 pm at the Jewish Community Center of Palm Springs - Temple Isaiah, 332 West Alejo Road, in Palm Springs.
