In Loving Memory of Sarah Jane Verduzco

Sarah Jane Verduzco was born on January 24, 1978, in Orange County, California, and passed away on June 13, 2026, at the age of 48.

Sarah was the beloved daughter of Phillip and Sandra Buckley and the cherished granddaughter of George and Arcelia G. Infante. She is survived by her siblings, Tricia, Jeremy, and Evalina; her four children, Andrea, David, Steve Jr., and Isaac; and her treasured grandchildren, Xitlalli and Arcelia.

Sarah grew up in Garden Grove, California, surrounded by a close-knit family who played an important role in her upbringing. Family was at the center of Sarah’s life, and she cherished every opportunity to spend time with those she loved. She enjoyed trips to the lake, visiting family in Texas, and gathering with loved ones for backyard barbecues and celebrations.

Dedicated to helping others, Sarah attended Pacific Coast College, where she earned her Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credentials in 2011. She was passionate about caring for others and generously gave her time volunteering at the VA Hospital in Long Beach, California.

Sarah shared a special bond with her grandparents and spent much of her childhood and adult life with her Aunt Annabelle and Uncle Rick. She was deeply involved in the lives of their daughters, Lindsay and Emily Banfield, helping to raise and support them throughout the years.

In 2000, Sarah met the love of her life, Steve Verduzco. The couple married on June 29, 2001, and built a life centered on family, love, and devotion. At the time of her passing, Sarah resided in Los Banos, California.

Sarah will be remembered for her caring heart, her devotion to family, and the love she shared with all who knew her. Her memory will live on through her children, grandchildren, family members, and friends whose lives she touched so deeply.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn in Long Beach, California.
