Ryan Andrew S. Aurelio, known affectionately to many by his nicknames BB, Cigaurelio, and Ryder, passed away on February 17, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and laughter. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1982, Ryan was known for his infectious smile and as the life of every gathering. His humor and cheerful spirit created bonds among friends and family that will be cherished forever.
Ryan's life was a beautiful tapestry woven from the love he had for his family and friends. He dedicated himself wholeheartedly to those around him, always putting others first. A hardworking individual, Ryan balanced his professional life while nurturing his passions. He particularly enjoyed fixing broken cars and riding his motorcycle, embracing life with an unyielding spirit.
Ryan was also a talented dancer, frequently sharing his joy through movement at gatherings. His love for jokes brought laughter to countless occasions, reminding all who knew him that life should always hold a measure of joy.
Ryan will be remembered as a devoted husband to Cheril, a loving father to his children Jonithon and Nicole, and a caring brother to Rod. He was also a thoughtful uncle to his niece Ally and his nephews Alex and Evan. Friends Bryan, JD, and Anthony will always remember him as a steadfast companion—the kind of friend who could light up a room.
A visitation to honor Ryan will be held at Forest Lawn - Long Beach in the Mission Room on March 12 and 13, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM each day. Following this, a funeral service will take place on March 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the Memorial Chapel at the same location.
As we reflect on Ryan's life, we are encouraged to celebrate the joy he brought into our lives. He leaves behind memories filled with laughter, a spirit of generosity, and an unwavering love for those he held dear. Ryan’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
