Rudy Moreno Ramirez

January 24, 1927 — July 15, 2020

A son, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and most of all a devoting husband...Rudy Ramirez was an anchor to us all. Born January 24, 1927 to Ramon and Lolita Ramirez in Superior, Az. Rudy was a man with many talents, stories and scars to prove it. His passion for art, sports and the love for his family lives through generations and it shows he has left a mark on each of our lives. We will always remember his humor lighting up any room he was in, the layers of life from being a WWII veteran who traveled to Japan to clean up post war, to being an earnest man providing for his children and wife to help give them a good and honest life for their own. We will remember the great love he shared with his wife of 71 beautiful years, Virginia Ramirez. God knew how strong their love was that he could not keep them apart for long, they were to be reunited in heaven to live a glorious life by his side, hand in hand. We are all eternally grateful to have the memories with Rudy Ramirez, to have shared stories, our blood and his light. May he rest and look down upon us and see all the extensions of life he has influenced and created: to his two living brothers Roy Ramirez and Richard Ramirez (Diane), his five children Rosalinda Nava, Rudy Ramirez Jr. (Betsy), Ronnie Ramirez (Diane), Debi Jeres (Perry) and Ralph Ramirez, his grandchildren Melissa Rodriguez (Raul), Peter Nava (Kelly), Russell Nava (April), Gary Ramirez (Letty), Jimmy Ramirez (Danielle), Marcie Douglass (Ronald), Peter Ramirez, Kathryn Ramirez-Abreu (Monica), Carolyn Ramirez, Jenna Jeres (Jacob) and great-grandchildren Johnny, Evelyn, Reese, Chloe, Scarlett, Isabel, Dylan, Aurora and Olivia. He has left us with an umbrella of love that shields us from sorrow and reminds us of who we all are, Family. He will be forever be in our hearts, truly loved and missed. Take care of Mom/Nana for us. We love you. Thank you Julia and family for all your help and love.
