Rudy Robles Francisco

Rudy Robles Francisco was born on December 28, 1941 to Quirino Francisco and Esmunda Robles. He is the only brother to Apolonia Millare (deceased), Cenona Tuason (deceased), Dee De Rosas and Medy Francisco.

Rudy worked for Manila Electric Company in Power Plant Operations, a position he held until 1978 when he moved his family - his wife Shirley San Diego, and their two children Russell and Ryan, to the United States.

Rudy took continuing education classes at Citrus College in Glendora, California, specializing in Water Technology - Distribution/Treatment, and earned licenses in Steam Engineering (Unlimited) and in Water Distribution Operation in the City of Los Angeles. He is a member of California-Nevada Chapter of the American Water Works Association. He was also a Professional Regulatory Commission (Manila) Board Certified Plant Mechanic and an Associate Member of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers.

He held maintenance engineering positions with Hydril Company, Pacific Airmotive Corporation in Southern California, followed by a long career with the World-Renowned California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in their Maintenance Technical Operation, a job he held until his retirement in 2004.

Rudy leaves in his memory, a dedicated wife Shirley, two sons Russell and Ryan, daughter-in-law Sabrina, sisters Dee and Medy, nieces, nephews, relatives, classmates and friends.
