Ruben was born on 6/3/1937 in West Helena, AR, and passed peacefully in his sleep on 3/24/2025. He was a computer engineer for over six decades. He also served in the Navy and Air Force Reserves.
His passions were family; church; helping people; traveling and collecting pins, T-shirts, mugs and mini liquor bottles from all 7 continents; decorating Rose Parade floats and collecting float pins; genealogy; and chocolate (not necessarily in this order).
Since all are out of state, a family celebration will be held in Phoenix at a later date.
His motto was “God gave me another day so I’m going to live it.” He did just that. He will be greatly missed.
