She is survived by sons Richard, Robert and James Kotyluk, daughter Shirley Johnson, eleven (11) grandchildren, and four (4) great grandchildren. She resided in Buena Park, California, at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
