Rosa Silva Garcia, 78, born on August 20, 1947, in , MICH, Mexico, passed away May 15, 2026. She resided in Perris, CA at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Cypress, CA.

Rosa was a strong woman, whose strength, faith, and traditions shaped everyone around her. She was stubborn in the best and hardest ways- determined, outspoken, and never afraid to tell you exactly what she thought. She was the kind of mother, grandmother, great grandmother who left an impression on everyone she met- strong willed, unforgettable, and full of spirit. 

Rosa is now reunited in heaven with her beloved children and niece who passed before her. While her family grieves her loss, they find comfort in knowing she is no longer alone and resting peacefully beside those she loved so dearly. 

Rosa leaves behind family who will miss her deeply and continue honoring the traditions, faith, and resilience she passed down through generations. Though she is gone, her voice, lessons, and love will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
